FineReportbusiness intelligence tool is a reporting tool based on BS software system that used to assist developing. It combines data display(report), data query(parameter) and data entry(filling) in one which remarkably accelerate the speed of software developing and increase the stability.

You can free download FineReport from our official website. After get the activation code you can use it for free.

1.1 Installing FineReport

Download the latest version of windows_FineReport-ENG.exe or macos_FineReport-ENG.dmg from the official website.

Double click the installation document and the following dialog box will pop up after loading.

Click the Next button in report designer, the License Agreement dialog box will pop up as shown below.

Choose I accept the agreement and click the Next button, the Select Destination directory dialog box will pop up as shown below.

Click Browse button and hoose the destination directory, then click the Next button, the Select Start Menu Folder dialog box will pop up as shown below.

You can check Create Shortcut for all users, which means to show shortcut to all the logged users. Or you can choose Don’t create a Start Menu Folder, then the shortcut will not show in Start Menu. Click the Next button, and Adding Additional Work dialog box will pop up as shown below:

Check Create a Quick Launch Icon or Add a Desktop Shortcut as you wish. Click the Next button, Select File Associations dialog box will pop up as shown below.

Click the Next button and the Completing the FineReport Setup Wizard dialog box will pop up as shown below.

1.2 Start Designer

Click the corresponding icon or shortcut, and you can start the designer.

1.3 How to get an activation code

After starting the designer, the following window will pop up if it is your first time to run the reporting software.

Click the Click to get an activation code button, the dialog box will link to our official webpage named Free Activation Code. Please leave your e-mail address and the activation code will be automatically sent to your e-mail box within a few minutes. Come back to fill the blank with the code, click Use Designer button, and then the designer will be activated successfully.
