In pagination preview the report or print the report came out, often require a fixed number of records paging, making it more convenient to browse the report, print it out and more beautiful. Use “condition attribute” FineReport reporting tool functionality can easily achieve this effect.

1.Reports template design
In the following figure in the report, requires each of which has six rows records, and each page has a fixed record last used for sales representatives to sign

2.Set the repeat header row
When the web page preview or print a web report page, so that each page has a title line display for easy access. In FineReport Report Designer, right-click the first row, select “Set repeat header row”, the first line will appear (H) of the mark, as in Figure 1.

3.To count the number of records
Write the formula = & B2 in cell A2, the number of records that is used to give the order number count

4.Get the number of records
Write the formula = A2 in cell A3 to get the number of records

5.Set the report of condition properties
Right-click cell A3 and select “Condition properties”
When you add a “conditional property 1”, set the current record when A3 acquired value is a multiple of 6, then a “line after paging”, as shown

When you add a “conditional attribute 2”, set the current record when A3 acquired value is not a multiple of six, perform the third line “row height is 0”, that is the signature line that displays only the last page, as shown below
