So we will introduce them in this article.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Scenario 1- Preview but not print\/export cell content<\/h3>\n<p>When previewing in BS side in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">reporting tool<\/a>, sometimes, you hope to see content of a certain cell, but do not want to print or export it.<br \/>\n<strong>1.1 Steps<\/strong><br \/>\nClick this cell and right click Other Attributes. Uncheck <span style=\"color: green;\">Print\/Export Cell Content<\/span>. Scenario 2- Print and export but not preview cell content<\/h3>\n<p>When previewing in BS side, sometimes, you don\u2019t want to see content of a certain cell, but want to print it.<br \/>\n<strong>2.1 Steps<\/strong><br \/>\nSet Other Attributes of Cell and uncheck Preview Cell. Check <span style=\"color: green;\">Print\/Export Cell Content<\/span>.Set as below:<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/201671306.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>3. Scenario 3- Preview, print and export cell background<\/h3>\n<p>Set cell background in the template, which will not only be displayed in preview but also has same effect in printing and exporting.<br \/>\n<strong>3.1 Steps<\/strong><br \/>\nSet Other Attributes of Cell and check <span style=\"color: green;\">Print\/Export Cell Background<\/span>, as shown below:<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/201671307.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">Note: Word and Excel exports only support color background, but not picture background.
