Report footer<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2><span id=\"1_Where_Is_the_Report_Header_Located_in_the_Report\">1. <strong>Where Is the Report Header Located in the Report?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Click menu <span style=\"color: green;\">Template &gt; Report Header<\/span> to pop up Report Header Editing interface, as shown below:<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167808.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">Note: When adding background picture for header, ensure that the picture width is within 649; otherwise, the picture will be tiled in regardless of the selected display method.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Learn how to define headers and footers in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: blue;\">business intelligence<\/span><\/a> taking report header as an example. For example, how to show the current page number and the total page number in the middle of header, and how to display company name at the right of header.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"11_Insert_a_page_number\"><strong>1.1 Insert a page number<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Select the middle area and click \u201cInsert a Page Number\u201d at top and click OK after setting the font style.<br \/>\np;right of header.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/2016780811.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cInsert Text\u201d and input \u201c\/\u201d to separate the current page number and the total page number.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167809.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cInsert Total Page Number\u201d and click OK after setting the font.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167811.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"12_Insert_company_name\"><strong>1.2 Insert company name<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Select the right area. Click \u201cInsert Text\u201d and input company name, as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167812.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Besides text, current page number and total page number, you can insert date, time, picture, line break, etc.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"13_Set_display_height\"><strong>1.3 Set display height<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>After defining the content to be displayed in the header, you have to set the height to hold all contents<\/p>\n<p>etc.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167813.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this way, you have defined the header.Footer definition method is same as that of header.You can also show special contents in special pages based on requirements.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167814.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"2_Report_footer\">2. Report footer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Click menu <span style=\"color: green;\">Template &gt; Report Footer <\/span>to pop up Report Footer Editing interface, as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/20167815.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Specific settings are same as those for report header.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: red;\">Note: When headers and footers are frozen or used together, you cannot see the headers and footers at web side. However, those headers and footers will appear when the template is exported.
