Overview<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>In FineReport Filling Interface, except button type controls, others can be operated with keys without using mouse, thus saving great information entry time for business personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Simple description will be given to some key operations on the Filling BS Interface, taking free filling template as an example. In the designer, open template <strong><span style=\"color: blue;\">%FR_HOME%\\WebReport\\WEB-INF\\reportlets\\doc\\Form\\FreeForm\\FreeForm.cpt<\/span><\/strong> and click Filling Preview.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"2_Enter_edit_status\">2. Enter edit status<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>For numbers, characters or Chinese characters, directly input value to enter edit status, as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/201662405.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"3_Cursor_movement_among_controls_in_Filling_Interface\">3. Cursor movement among controls in Filling Interface<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>enter: <\/strong>confirm and move to next cell;<\/p>\n<p><strong>tab:<\/strong> move right, and if till the last cell of one row, move to the first cell of next row;<\/p>\n<p><strong>shift+enter:<\/strong> move to the previous cell; shift+tab: move left;<\/p>\n<p><strong>delete:<\/strong> select one cell and click delete to clear the cell content.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/201662406.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">Note: In default, enter key is to move the cursor to next row and tab key is to move the cursor to next column. Of course, you may set vice versa in <span style=\"color: purple;\">Template &gt; Report Filling Attribute &gt; Filling Quick Setting<\/span> by clicking<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.finereport.com\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/fanruan\/images\/201662408.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"39\" height=\"32\" \/>icon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"4_Drop-down_box_control\">4. Drop-down box control<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>At first, press the space key to enter editing status. Then click Down key to unfold the menu. Select option through Up\/Down key. Finally, press enter key to confirm option.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"5_Multi-row_editing\">5. Multi-row editing<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If the control is a text field, you can press ctrl+enter for line feed, i.e., the cursor will move to the next row of the editing row.
